This document concerns the personal data privacy policy adopted by the Company SEP Società Europea Plastica Ltd as subject responsible for management of this site.
This is moreover a briefing note under Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196, addressed to the users of the services offered by our site, which are provided via the Internet. The indications below follow Recommendation No. 2/2001 by the Group of European Guarantors for the protection of personal data, adopted on 17 May 2001 in connection with art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/CE, refer in particular to the collection of personal data via the Internet, and are aimed at identifying the minimum measures to be taken, as concerns any persons involved, to guarantee loyalty and correctness of such practices (in application of articles 6, 7, 10 and 11 of Directive 95/46/CE).
THE CONTROLLER OF DATA PROCESSING
Following consultation of this site data may be collected regarding identified or identifiable persons. The Data Processing Controller is the Company SEP Society Europea Plastica Ltd. Additional briefing notes are provided within the site in connection with specific services.
PLACE AND OBJECTIVES OF DATA PROCESSING
The data processing connected to the web services offered by this site (which is physically placed "in hosting" at the Company SEP Society Europea Plastica s.r.l.) is done at the offices of the Company in control of such processing and is carried out only by the Company’s entrusted personnel, collaborators or share holders, or by those entrusted with possible maintenance operations. No data deriving from web services is communicated or distributed to third parties.
Personal data voluntarily supplied by users are only employed to carry out the requested service and are not communicated to any third parties unless compulsory by law or strictly necessary in order to carry out such requested service. Specific aims concerning individual data processing are identified in detail in the service offers. In correspondence with such offers, the user will find specific information on personal data processing, according to Article 13 of LD196/2003. In such areas the user is free to provide any personal data to request the services offered. Failure to provide the data can lead to impossibility to obtain the service requested.
TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA
Navigation data
The information systems and the software procedures used for this website acquire, during normal operation, some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected for association with identified website users, but by their nature they could, by elaboration and association with data held by third parties, allow user identification. These data include IP addresses or the dominion names of computers used by those connecting to the website, addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in making the request to the server, the size of the answer file, the numerical code for the status of the answer given by the server (completed, error etc) and other parameters concerning the operating system and the users information environment. This data is used only to produce anonymous statistical data on the website access and to check its correct operation, and the data is cancelled immediately after elaboration. The data concerned may be used to ascertain any responsibility in the case of an Internet crime against our website: except for this case, data on web contacts is not generally kept for more than seven days.

On this site, users can voluntarily and freely supply their own personal data, including their e-mail addresses, for the following purposes:

- to receive periodical newsletters;
- to send a request for information;
- to send their curricula or job inquiries.

COOKIES
A cookie is a text that is saved on a computer hard disk only after authorisation. If you agree, the text is downloaded to a small file. Cookies serve to speed up web traffic, or to signal when a specific site is visited, and enable web applications to send information to single users. No personal user data is acquired by the site in this connection. We do not use cookies for transmission of personal data, nor so-called session cookies or persistent cookies of any type, nor user tracing systems.

Except as specified for navigation data, the user is free to supply personal data in order to request the services offered by our Company. If the data is not provided however we may be unable to satisfy the request.
DATA PROCESSING MODE
Personal data may be processed on paper and/or using automatic systems, for the time needed to complete the job for which the data was collected. Specific safety measures are used to prevent loss of and illicit or incorrect use of the data, as well as unauthorised access.
YOUR RIGHTS
According to article 7 of LD No.196/2003, the subjects to whom the personal data refers have the right at any time to obtain confirmation that said data exists or not, to know their content and origin, to check their exactness, to require their completion, updating or correction. Moreover, the subjects to whom the personal data refers have the right to require their cancellation or anonymization or to block the data used in violation of law, as also to oppose in all cases, for legitimate reasons, their elaboration. Requests under Article 7 of LD No.196/2003 must be addressed to the Data Processing Controller.
